4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule:
- An initial deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
- Acceptable payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
4.1 Late Payments
Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or cancellation of services. Additional fees may apply for late payments.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their booking subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the service.
5.1 Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their services provided there is availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Liability

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Ensure all items are properly packed unless packing services are requested.
- Provide clear access to both pickup and delivery locations.
- Inform us of any special requirements or fragile items prior to the move.
7.1 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited and will not be transported:
- Hazardous materials such as chemicals and explosives.
- Perishable goods like food items.
- Valuable items including cash, jewelry, and collectibles unless insured.
8. Governing Law
